What areas does Rollur serve?
We focus on Southwest Florida. Enter your zip in the Quote Assistant or calculator to confirm service area.
How do tiers (Good, Better, Best) work?
Each tier reflects material quality, prep depth, and warranty level. All tiers are scoped to the same job so you can compare apples to apples.
Can I use the calculator without chatting?
Yes. The painting calculator returns a range from minimal inputs. The Quote Assistant refines that into exact tier prices for your home.
Do you offer exterior and interior painting?
Yes. Choose exterior, interior, or cabinet scope in the Quote Assistant. Scope-specific questions adapt automatically.
What is the AI Visualizer?
Upload a photo of your home and preview paint colors on surfaces. It is a planning tool; final colors are confirmed during booking.
How are painters vetted?

What if I prefer a phone estimate?
Use “Request a callback” on the AI Assistant page or call (800) 800-4321. We queue manual requests for our team.
Is my data secure?

How does scheduling work?
After you choose a tier and complete booking steps, your job is scheduled with the assigned team. You will see dates and updates in your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
Supported methods are shown at checkout in the app. Deposits and balances follow the agreement you accept at booking.
Can I change my scope after an estimate?
Yes. Continue the conversation in the Quote Assistant or start a new session if your project changed significantly.
Do you handle HOAs?
We help you document selected colors and finishes for HOA submissions. Approval is between you and your association.
What about stucco and Florida weather?
We capture surface type, condition, and prep needs so coastal sun and moisture are reflected in scope and pricing.
Cabinet painting — what is included?
Cabinet scopes cover doors, drawers, and frames as described in your quote. Sanding, primer, and topcoats align with the tier you pick.
Pressure washing — when is it needed?
Exteriors often need wash and mildew treatment before paint. We note prep assumptions in your estimate.
